If I could give them a negative 5stars I would. Avoid them at all costs. Their staff are poor communicators, handball responsibilities and also do not admit their shortfalls and attempt to deviate their way when asked directly about relevant queries. They seemed rather jokingly sarcastic and enjoy hanging up on customers when confronted. No urgency whatsoever. Beware of any parcels expected to be delivered through this service. I have waited for months on end for them to resolve the matter. Word of advice. Expect to not see your parcel for 5months at least. Horrible.
